Go to the menu / administration (in the upper left corner of the screen):
On the admin panel that opens, click on “ Settings ”, click on the add printer button and, in the menu that opens, add a printer add-on, select the model type , etc. If you encounter any difficulties, you can write to support (the icon in the lower right corner of the screen)
PRINT SETTING ON TABLET / PHONE
Connect the printer to your tablet / phone via an otg cable or directly if you have a full usb connector
- In the Admin panel in the Devices section of the manufacturer tab, select Other, model – Any, the operating system – Android or iOS .
- Specify the desired width of the receipt (depends on the printer). Optionally add a logo by clicking on the button with a big blue plus (png file format)
- We set up additional options and click on the Save button . Then we go to the terminal and check the print
