If the printer is connected via USB
- Check whether the cable is disconnected from the Printer or from the device
- Check the condition of the cable
- Check for check tape
- If the checks are empty, turn the tape over.
Actions on Windows OS
- Carry out a test print from the printer driver (control panel – printer – your printer driver – PCM – printer properties – test print), if there is a stamp, then go to the next point, if not, look for the reason why there is no stamp from the printer driver
- View the created settings in the SkyService app:
- settings – devices, click on printer settings;
- check that all fields are filled in;
- if you use the connection method – System printer –
- in the system printer field – select the printer driver;
- Select the print mode – text / graphic
- Click on the test print button.
- if you use the connection method – PrintServer v1.8.0.8 –
- check if the program is running in the Windows tray, if not, go to Local Drive C – PrintServer and run the program
- Select the print mode – text / graphic
- Click on the test print button.

View the created settings in the SkyService app:
- settings – devices, click on printer settings;
- check that all fields are filled in;
- if you use the connection method – USB (only for android) –
- in the USB field – select the USB port that corresponds to your printer;
- Select the print mode – text / graphic

If the printer is connected via Ethernet / WI-FI
- Look at which Wi-Fi network the tablet is connected to and make sure they are on the same local network as the printer.
- Reboot the router. To do this, first turn off the printer, and then turn off and on the router.
- Check the connection of the printer to the router with a LAN cable.
- Check for check tape
- If the checks are empty, turn the tape over.
