If you cannot execute the Z-report from SkyService, you can execute it through the official program of your fiscal registrar, or manually.

Through the program
Close SkyService POS
- Download and install the UNI-Progress program by clicking here
- In the “Model fiscal registrar” field, select your device
- Select the COM-port to which the fiscal registrar is connected and press the button “Connect” → “Receive”.
- If the device is connected, information about your device should appear.
- If you do not know which COM-port the fiscal recorder is connected to, right-click on My Computer – Properties – Hardware (skip for Windows 7) – Device Manager – COM-ports – look at the numbers of existing ports and try to specify them in the program.
- Go to the “Reports” tab and put a tick in front of “Execution of reports”
- Select “Reports” and press the button “Z1, (Zn)”. After printing the report, close the program.
Manually
- Turn off the device
- Press the button
and without releasing, turn on the device with the button 
- As soon as the display shows the inscription Autonomous mode – release the button
- Press « » – « » – « » – « »
- After printing the report, turn off the device.

Close SkyService POS
- Download and install the NewFP program by clicking here
- Select the COM-port to which the fiscal recorder is connected and click the “Connect” button.
- If the device is connected, a green circle next to the button will light up.
- If you do not know which COM-port the fiscal recorder is connected to, right-click on My Computer – Properties – Hardware (skip for Windows 7) – Device Manager – COM-ports – look at the numbers of existing ports and try to specify them in the program.
- Go to the tab “Additional functions” – “Reports” – “Z-report” – “Perform” – “Close”
Manually
- Turn off the device
- Press the “Journal” button and without releasing it, turn on the device.
- We keep “Journal” until the inscription “HM” appears on the top right of the indicator, or until the inscription “Autonomous mode” appears. If it does not appear, perform it again from point 1.
- Click “Receipt” – “Journal” – “Journal” – “Receipt” – “Receipt” – “Journal”
- After completing the report, turn off the device

Close SkyService POS
- Download and install the RROInit program by clicking here
- Choose SerialPort – Connect.
- If the fiscal registrar is connected, information about the device will appear on the left.
- If you do not know which SerialPort the fiscal recorder is connected to, right-click on My Computer – Properties – Hardware (skip for Windows 7) – Device Manager – COM-ports – look at the numbers of existing ports and try to specify them in the program.
- Go to the Daily reports tab – Z-report – password 000000 – Ok
- After printing the Z-report, close RROInit.

Through the program
Close SkyService POS
- Download and install the Administrator Console program Maria by clicking here
- If the window says “EKKR: no connection”, then press Communication – Connection – password 1111111111 – select COM-port – Ok.
- If the fiscal registrar is connected, we will see all the information about it in the window.
- If you do not know which COM-port the fiscal recorder is connected to, right-click on My Computer – Properties – Hardware (skip for Windows 7) – Device Manager – COM-ports – look at the numbers of existing ports and try to specify them in the program.
- Reports tab – Z-report. If you need to make cash collection: Tab Operations – Withdrawal of money from the cash desk
- After executing the report – close the Administrator Console.
Manually
- Turn off the device
- We pull out the connection cable to the computer and turn on the device
- When the display shows the inscription “noConn” or “Checking out”, you must press the FEED button
- POS 1, POS2, POS 3, POS4, POS 5. Press the FEED button while POS 3 is displayed to execute Z-report.
- After running the report, turn off the recorder
- Plug the PC connection cable back
