Opportunities

What you can do in the office –

  • manage companies on your account, namely –
    • edit company – change name, description and add image;
    • transfer the company between accounts (in the future);
    • delete the company if it is not necessary.
  • change account information, namely –
    • change mail;
    • change the phone number of the owner;
    • change the application interface language;
  • added additional authorization capabilities in the program (in the future) that allow you to authorize via –
    • social network “Facebook“;
    • Google” mail ;
    • Telegram” messenger .

Companies

The company is your commercial organization, which contains all the data for your business/work of outlets.

For example, you have two separate Two companies “Shop” and “Restaurant”.

  • In the “Store” company, you add all the necessary information for the operation of stores, create sales points, products, and other data. Also, do with the company “Restaurant”.
  • These two companies will not be related to each other in any way.

How to enter the company?

  • After successful authorization in the program, the “Office” page will open.
  • Select the company and click “Log in to the company

How to edit and manage a company?

  • Go to your personal account .
  • Click on the button with your first and last name in the right corner.
  • Click on “Settings”.
  • Select the required company and click on the button with 3 lines in the “Action” column, and select –
    • edit the company if you need to change the name, description or image;
    • delete a company if you no longer need this company.

How to change name, surname, phone number and email address?

  • Go to your personal account .
  • Click on the button with your first and last name in the right corner.
  • Click on “Settings”.

Choose what you want to change in the “Settings” window –

  1. First and last name.
  2. Your account email.
    1. After clicking on “pencil“, you need to specify the new mail and click “Continue“.
    2. An email will be sent to the current mail with a confirmation to change the mail, it must be confirmed.
  3. Your account phone number.
    1. After clicking on “pencil“, you need to enter a new number and click “Continue“.
    2. A message with a code to change the number will be sent to the current phone number.
    3. Enter the “Code” that was specified in the message.

Services setup

With the help of services, authorization in SkyService becomes even more convenient. In just one click, you can log in to the application without additional login and password input.

  • Go to your personal account .
  • Click on the button with your first and last name in the right corner.
  • Click on “Settings”.
  • In the “Settings” window, go to the “Services” settings.
  • Click on the desired social network to link it to your account.
    • After clicking, the account linking confirmation page will open, be sure to confirm the request.
  • After successful setup, the social network buttons will change and will have the name of your social network account.

☝🏻 To change the social network account, click on the button of the required social network. network and confirm the change.
