Ingredients
- Add all ingredients to the warehouse

- Choosing by Piece / Ingredient.
- Indicate the Name.
- Select the Category and go down below.

- Be sure to uncheck the Display for sale.
- Indicate the quantity of goods.
- We choose the unit of measurement.
- We indicate the minimum amount in the warehouse.
- Don’t set the price and click Add.

- After adding an Ingredient, you can see it in the warehouse by clicking All goods – Warehouse goods.

- Thus, you need to add all the ingredients: cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, pitted olives, bell peppers (Bulgarian), olive oil, basil greens, table salt, dried basil spices.

Greek salad (portion 300 gr.)
To create a recipe for a dish:
- Open the All goods → Dishes in the admin panel.
- Click the Add.

- Enter a Name, select a Category and specify the Workshop where the dish will be prepared.
- Upload a photo of the dish that will be displayed in the POS-terminal and tick the Display for sale.


- Select (pull up) Ingredients or Semi-finished Products that you previously added to the warehouse. Please indicate gross and net weight.

- Enter the Selling Price of the dish.
- The Cost price and Extra charge fields are calculated automatically when you add ingredients to the warehouse, indicating the cost price.
- Click Save.

- After saving the created Technological map, you can see it in the section All goods – Dishes.
- There, all the necessary information is immediately displayed in the columns:
- Name;
- Category;
- Cost price;
- Price;
- Extra charge;
- Exit.

Following the example of the Technological Card “Greek Salad”, you can make all the necessary calculations.
- In the POS-terminal go to the category “Kitchen”, subcategory “Cold Kitchen”, click on the dish and sell “Greek Salad“.
- The sum in cashbox before the operation 1240.25.

- To payment 99.00, click Pay.

- After the operation, the sum in cashbox changed to 1339.25

- We go to the POS-terminal – Cashbox – Sales history, select the check we need and we can view the information we need on this sale.

- Go to Menu – Administration – Finance – Cash funds – All movements.
- We find and open the required check.
- In it we can see all the necessary information:
- the seller who made the sale;
- at which trade point;
- date and time;
- the name of the ingredients that were included in this dish (in our case, Greek Salad) and, most importantly, the exact amount of ingredients written off in grams, kilograms, liters.
