    • Cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, pitted canned olives, sweet peppers (Bulgarian), olive oil, basil greens, table salt, dried basil spices.

To create a production, you first need to create the “Avar khinkal” Product, then the Technological Map of the “Avar khinkal” Production:

  • Open the Products tab → in the admin panel.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Choosing by Piece / Ingredient.
  • We indicate the Name.
  • Select the Category and go down below.
  • We leave a check Display for sale.
  • We indicate the quantity of goods 0.
  • We choose the unit of measurement.
  • We indicate the minimum balance in the warehouse.
  • Set the price and click Add.

After adding the Product “Avar khinkal”, you can see it in the warehouse by clicking Products – Warehouse goods.

Thus, you need to add all the Products / Dishes that will subsequently be Produced in the program.

To create a routing for Manufacturing:

  • Open the Products tab → Dishes in the admin panel.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Enter the Name, be sure to specify the Production “Avar khinkal”, select the Category and indicate the Workshop where it will be produced.
  • Uncheck the “Display for sale” checkbox.

In order to add a Technological map of the “Avar Khinkal” production, we create 2 additional technological maps for Dough for khinkal and Mutton semi-finished product.

Technological card “Semi-finished mutton”

  • Choosing by Piece / Ingredient.
  • We indicate the Name.
  • Select the Category and go down below.
  • We add all the components and indicate the price per 100 gr.

Technological map “Dough for khinkal”

  • Choosing by Piece / Ingredient.
  • We indicate the Name.
  • Select the Category and go down below.
  • We add all the components and indicate the price per 100 gr.

On the example of the Production of “Avar khinkals”, you can see a 2-level technological map.

  • Choosing by Piece / Ingredient.
  • We indicate the Name.
  • Select the Category and go down below.
  • We add all the components and indicate the necessarily Price per Portion.
  • Since the composition of the produced technological map must be a portion and have at the output 1 unit of the produced goods.
  • After saving the created Technological map, you can see it in the section Products – Dishes.
  • There, all the necessary information is immediately displayed in the columns:
    • Name;
    • Category;
    • Cost price;
    • Price;
    • Extra charge;
    • Exit.

Following the example of the Technological Map Production “Avar khinkal”, you can make all the necessary calculations.

  • In the Admin Panel, go to Statistics – Products flow – Production – Add.
  • In the field of the technological map we tighten the Production “Avar khinkal”, and in the field End product – “Avar khinkal”
  • In the Quantity field, indicate the number of portions you need, taking into account the fact that the composition of the production flow chart should be a portion and have 1 unit of produced goods at the output.
  • Go to the Statistics – Production section, select the desired date, point of sale, shift.
  • We see the required production document.
  • By clicking on the document, you can see what was produced.
  • We go to Products – Warehouse goods.
  • We find the required document and see that instead of 0 kg of the product “Avar khinkal” we now have 1 kg.

“The Kiev’s cutlets”

To create a production, you first need to create the Product “The Kiev’s cutlets“, then the Technological map of Production “The Kiev’s cutlets“:

  • Open the Products tab → in the admin panel.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Choosing by Piece / Ingredient.
  • We indicate the Name.
  • Select the Category and go down below.
  • We leave a check Display for sale.
  • We indicate the quantity of goods 0.
  • We choose the unit of measurement.
  • We indicate the minimum balance in the warehouse.
  • Set the price and click Save.

After adding the Product “The Kiev’s cutlets”, you can see it in the warehouse by clicking Products – Warehouse goods.

Thus, you need to add all the Products that will subsequently be Produced in the program.

In order to create a production routing, you must first create all the necessary routing.

Technological map Peeled dill semi-finished product and Peeled chicken fillet semi-finished product

  • We indicate the amount of dill (gross) and net after processing and be sure to select Price per 100 gr.
  • We indicate the number of chicken fillets before cleaning (gross) and net after and be sure to indicate the Price per 100 gr.

To create a routing for Production:

  • Open the Products tab → Dishes in the admin panel.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Enter the Name, be sure to specify the Production “The Kiev’s cutlets”, select the Category and specify the Shop where it will be produced.
  • Uncheck the “Display for sale” checkbox.
  • We add all the components and indicate the necessarily Price per Portion.

  • In the Quantity line, we indicate the number of servings you need, taking into account the fact that the composition of the production flow chart should be a portion and have 1 unit of produced goods at the output, in our case 1 piece.
  • Go to the Statistics – Production section, select the desired date, point of sale, shift.
  • We see the required production document.
  • By clicking on the document, you can see what was produced and how much.
  • Go to the section Goods – Warehouse goods.
  • We find the required document and see that instead of 0 pcs. We have 10 pieces of the product “The Kiev’s cutlets”.

  • We indicate the Name.

  • We indicate the quantity of goods 0.
  • We choose the unit of measurement.
  • We indicate the minimum balance in the warehouse.
  • Set the price and click Add.

After adding the Product “Dumplings with cherries”, you can see it in the warehouse by clicking Products – Warehouse products.

Thus, you need to add all the Products that will subsequently be Produced in the program.

To create a routing for Production:

  • We indicate the Name.
  • Select the Category and go down below.
  • We remove the check Display for sale.
  • We tighten all the names of the ingredients.
  • We indicate their number.
  • We select the Price for 100 gr.

Technological map Production of “Dumplings with cherry”

  • We choose Tech. map / Preparation.
  • We indicate the Name.
  • Select the Category and go down below.
  • Добавляем все составляющие и указывает обязательно Цена за Порцию.
  • Так как состав произведенной тех. карты должен быть порцией и иметь на выходе 1 единицу производимого товара.
  • After saving the created Technological map, you can see it in the section Products – Dishes.
  • There, all the necessary information is immediately displayed in the columns:
    • Name;
    • Category;
    • Cost price;
    • Price;
    • Extra charge;
    • Exit.

We make the production Dumplings with cherries

  • In the Admin Panel, go to Statistics – Products flow – Production – Add.
  • Before Production 0 kg.
  • In the field of the technological map we tighten the Production of “Dumplings with cherries”, and in the field End product – “Dumplings with cherries”
  • In the Quantity line, indicate the number of portions you need, taking into account the fact that the composition of the produced flow chart should be a portion and have 1 unit of produced goods at the output.
  • Click Add.
  • Go to the Statistics – Production section, select the desired date, point of implementation, shift.
  • We see the required production document.
  • By clicking on the document, you can see what was produced.
  • We go to Goods – Warehouse goods.
  • We find the required document and see that instead of 0 kg of the product “Dumplings with cherries” we have 1 kg.
  • Using the example of the pitted Cherry ingredient, you can see that after the production of 1 kg of dumplings with cherries, 376 grams were written off exactly the amount that was indicated in those cards.

To create a production, you first need to create the “Cutlet in dough” product, then the Technological map of the “Cutlet in dough” production:

  • Open the Products tab → in the admin panel.
  • Click the Add button.

  • We indicate the Name.
  • Select the Category and go down below.
  • We leave a check Display for sale.
  • We indicate the quantity of goods 0.
  • We choose the unit of measurement.
  • We indicate the minimum balance in the warehouse.
  • Set the price and click Save.

After adding the Product “Cutlet in dough”, you can see it in the warehouse by clicking Products – Warehouse products.

Thus, you need to add all the Products that will subsequently be Produced in the program.

In order to create a technological map of Production, you first need to create all the necessary technological maps, we will have a 3-level technological map.

1st level Technological card “Minced meat for cutlets”, “Butter dough”

  • We indicate the amount of ingredients (gross) and net after processing and be sure to select Price per 100 gr.
  • We indicate the amount of ingredients (gross) and the Price per 100 gr.

2nd level Technological card “Fried cutlet”

  • We tighten the required name of the technological card Minced meat for cutlets, indicate 1 portion gross and net portion after frying.
  • Click Save.

  • Click the Add button.
  • Enter the Name, be sure to indicate the Production of “Cutlet in dough”, select the Category and indicate the Shop where it will be produced.

  • We add all the components and indicate the necessarily Price per Portion. Since the composition of the produced tech. cards must be a portion and have 1 unit of produced goods at the output.
